What We Do
My Story
I started Inspired Dietetics with a simple goal in mind: to create a platform that encourages you to take charge of your health. Equips you with evidence-based best practice information and strategies that are aligned with HAES and food neutrality, and empowers you to understand and advocate for you and your family's nutritional health and well-being.
My Mission
At Inspired Dietetics, I believe that good nutrition is the foundation for a healthy, balanced life. I am passionate about empowering children, families, and educators with evidence-based, practical nutrition advice in a supportive, non-judgemental environment that encourages confidence and lasting change. Through personalised guidance, education, and achievable strategies, my goal is to inspire positive relationships with food, support lifelong health and wellbeing, and help every family thrive.

Currently on Maternity Leave
I'm currently on maternity leave and taking this opportunity to thoughtfully redevelop my resources and programs. I'll be relaunching in November with a renewed focus on supporting children and families, alongside Kindy Uplift programs and professional development for early childhood educators.
